CONGRESS INFORMATION

LANGUAGE
The official language of the congress is English. There will be no simultaneous
translation.
ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must arrive at the scientific secretariat no later than July
1, 2003. Abstracts should preferably be submitted by e-mail.
ACCREDITATION
Symposium will be credited by Turkish Medical Association
LETTER
OF INVITATION AND REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Certain nationals wishing to obtain a visa to enter Turkey require an
official invitation letter
from the congress organization. The official invitation letter and confirmation
of your
registration will be provided by the congress secretariat on request.
CONGRESS
MATERIALS
The package of congress materials, which will be prepared according
to the participation categories and participant names, can be obtained
at the registration desk. Please bring your official confirmation receipt
when collecting your congress package from the registration desk. Please
wear your badge at all times during the period of the congress and in
case of loosing the badge, please report to the registration desk.
CANCELLATION
For the accommodation and registration refund will be made only if written
notice of cancellation is received 50% of accommodation fee until July
1, after this date, no refund will be made for the cancellation received.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.

BADGES
All the participants and accompanying person will have badges. The badges
will be in different colors for participants, accompanying persons and
industrial participants. The guests without badges will not be able
to attend the congress and social programme.
ATTENDANCE
CERTIFICATE
Attendance certificate will be distributed on September 18, 2000. The
participant who leaves early should kindly requested to inform the information
desk or must be authorize somebody for receiving the certificate.
GROUP
RESERVATIONS
There will be a priority given for the group reservations. A native
group language speaker guiding services, transportation facilities and
discount in post-congress tours will be provided.
